





Lyn was raised in Broomall, Pennsylvania and attended Texas A&M where she graduated cum laude in 2000. After graduation, she started her career in public accounting working in both tax and audit with a local Bryan CPA firm. Lyn earned her CPA license and joined TDC in 2005 and became a shareholder in the firm in 2014. She specializes in taxation working primarily with individuals and small businesses.
Lyn has served the Texas Society of CPAs in various capacities including on the Executive Board, Board of Directors, Relations with IRS and Career Awareness committees, and served as the President of the Brazos Valley Chapter in 2010-2012. Lyn is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Brazos. She is a member at Saint Mary’s Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Caldwell.
Lyn and her husband, Dan, have been married since 1987 and reside in Burleson County. They have one daughter, Elisabeth, Class of 2010, and a paralegal for a local law firm. Lyn is a Texas A&M and LSU football fan and enjoys traveling, reading and classic movies.
AJ graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011. He earned both a BBA and a MS in Accounting upon completion of the Professional Program in Accounting (PPA Group 18) within the Mays Business School. He obtained his CPA license in 2011 and was offered a tax associate position with Ernst & Young in San Antonio upon graduation. In December 2013, AJ and his family moved to College Station to continue his accounting career with TDC. In July 2021, AJ became a shareholder of the firm. He works primarily with business owners and has extensive experience in real estate, professional services, and estate planning. He currently serves as Finance Chair on the board of directors for BCS Together. Previously, he served as the Vice Chair of Finance for the BCS Chamber of Commerce, President for the TXCPA Brazos Valley Chapter, and is a graduate from the BCS Leadership Brazos program.
AJ is married to Lisa and they have two children – Luke and Hannah. His family enjoys all outside activities (work or play), home projects, and family bike rides. AJ volunteers as a coach for several sports in the Central Sports league where his kids participate. They are also members of Grace Bible Church where he serves in the Grace 56 kids programming class. AJ enjoys football and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He will also never turn down a game of pick-up basketball, ping-pong, or cornhole.
Alan joined TDC in January 2022 and became a shareholder in the firm in July 2025. He currently focuses on business consulting, tax strategy, and CAS (client accounting services). With over a decade of experience, Alan brings a unique perspective from both public accounting and industry leadership. Prior to TDC, he served as a controller and business consultant in the private sector and began his career in public accounting with EY in Tulsa, Oklahoma, followed by a local firm in Bryan, Texas.
Alan is actively involved in the profession and his community. He serves on the board of the TXCPA Brazos Valley chapter, is a member of the City of Bryan Audit Committee, is a partner of Blinn College’s Business Programs Advisory Board, is on the board of the Bryan ISD Education Foundation and is involved in his local F3 group.
Originally from Giddings, Texas, Alan met his wife, Amanda, in high school. He attended the University of Tulsa, where he played four years of college football for the Golden Hurricane (2008–2011) and earned both his Bachelor’s in Accounting (2011) and Master of Accountancy (2012).
Alan and Amanda live in Bryan with their two children, Maddie and Jackson. Amanda owns and operates her own business as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the Bryan/College Station community. Maddie is passionate about gymnastics, and Jackson enjoys a wide range of sports. Outside of work, Alan loves working out, spending time outdoors, traveling with his family, and playing golf.
James graduated from Texas A&M University with both a B.B.A. and a M.S. in Accounting in 1999. He became a CPA in 2000 after passing the exam on his first attempt and receiving the State of Texas’ Top 10 Award – given to the 10 individuals with the highest scores for that year. He gained extensive experience in individual, partnership and corporate tax consulting at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young prior to joining TDC in 2007. James became a shareholder of the firm in 2014. He is a graduate of Leadership Brazos and currently serves as the Treasurer for Catholic Missionary Disciples and the Chair of the Finance Council at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Previously, he served as the Vice Chair of Finance for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, the Vice Chair of Finance for the Better Business Bureau, President of the TXCPA Brazos Valley chapter, and on the Finance Council of the Brazos Children’s Museum. James is married to Elicia and they have three children, Jacob, Sarah and Matthew.
Kyle was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Growing up in a family of mostly law enforcement and corrections professionals, Kyle studied criminal justice and business at Sam Houston State University. He graduated in 2007 after three and a half years. Following graduation, Kyle moved to Dallas and began working at a foodservice wholesale company as an assistant branch manager and an inventory auditor for other branches located throughout Texas. In 2013, he returned to the Brazos Valley to further pursue a career in accounting. Kyle graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a master’s degree in accounting and, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, became a licensed CPA in 2016. In August of the following year, Kyle joined the team at TDC working in federal and state taxation in a variety of areas including individuals, businesses, trusts and estates. Kyle is also an active board member for the TXCPA Brazos Valley chapter and currently serves as Treasurer.
Kyle is married to his beautiful wife, Ashley. Kyle and Ashley met in 2007 while attending college and were married in Georgetown, Texas in 2012. Ashley is a registered nurse and works at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in College Station as the Director of the Medical and Surgical Unit. Together, they have two children, Camden and Kori. Some of their hobbies include watching Aggie football and baseball, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and just about anything outdoors.
Logan graduated with honors from Texas A&M as a member of the Class of 2012 and PPA Group 20, earning his BBA in Accounting, MS in Management. Logan obtained his CPA license in 2014 while working for KPMG’s Dallas audit practice, where he gained experience primarily in the real estate and financial services industry. After almost three years at KPMG, Logan returned to College Station to continue his career at TDC working on audits and advisory engagements for many local businesses and non-profit organizations. Logan obtained his accreditation in business valuation (ABV) in 2020 and became a shareholder of the firm in 2021. He is currently serving as the Treasurer for Forest Glen Camps, and has previously served as the President for the TXCPA Brazos Valley chapter and a member on the City of Bryan audit committee.
Logan was born and raised in Crawford, Texas. He met his wife, Sarah, during their freshman year at A&M. Sarah taught elementary school for several years in the DFW area and is now a full-time mom and home school teacher for their children – Conway, Sally, Redford & Olson. Logan and Sarah love their Church, Emmanuel Baptist, where Logan serves on the finance committee. At home, they enjoy taking care of their humble family farm in Franklin, where they raise chickens, attempt to harvest honey from beehives, and have dreams of one day owning pigs and a dairy cow.
